Night Ambience

There are several hiking trails that run through the park and around the lake. This is the Green Path that I ended on. There is also a train in the background on this recording, as there is a set of tracks less than 5 miles away.

I began on this, the Blue path. I never turned up my mic when I heard the bird, rather it came closer and closer to me while I recorded, but I never acutally saw it.

To pick up this ambience recording, I simply stood on the dock and held my mics over my head. Unfortunately there is a pontoon boat in the background of this and the next two recordings.

For this recording, I again dangled my mics down off of a 2 foot concrete ledge in front of the beach. I didn't expect to find bees in late September...
